New Target for the Potential Market

This week Nokia has introduce 4 new mobile phone to potential market, including Indonesia. Four mobile phone among others the Nokia 2730 Classic, Nokia 2720 Fold, Nokia 7020 and Nokia 6600 Slide. Four mobile phone are aimed to introduce Nokia Life Tools and Ove Mail services. Nokia 2730 Classic, 2720 Slide 6600 Fold and is a S40 phone that focus for internet and access email.

Nokia 2730 Classic

Although only using Java OS S40, Nokia 2730 Classic handset is among the best entry-level handset. The candybar shape already offer dual-band UMTS and Quad Band GSM / GPRS / EDGE. This phone also has provided the camera 2 MPix in the back, following VGA camera function as a video call on the front. Next is the provision of FM radio and Bluetooth v2.0.

Other features of this phone such as microSD slot, audio jack 3 mm, and Nokia Maps application which is already installed can be displayed on the screen display size of 2 inches with QVGA resolution. For the beginning, this handset will offer the 80 Euro price range and be marketed in the third quarter of this year.

Still outstanding from the newspapers that week, HTC also announced a new smartphone that they will be released to the market, where the handset will run Windows Mobile 6.1 Standard operating system. This handset will be named as the HTC Snap.

Smartphone with slim body and has a QWERTY keypad that is only a 12 mm thickness. In the body that is slim Snap processor using 528 Mhz Qualcomm MSM 7225 CPU and 192 MB RAM. Screen has a 2.4 inch diagonal size with landscape orientation and QVGA resolution. In addition there are 2 megapixel camera that can be used for still images and image manipulation.
